Shipping & Delivery

24h order processing (Monday to Friday)

All our orders are prepared within 24 hours of placing them and are dispatched each day before 12 noon, except on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The first days of the sales are always more intense. In these important moments, we allow for an additional preparation time of 48 to 72 hours before shipping. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been processed and your package has been dispatched with the tracking number.

Metropolitan France

Via Colissimo : Colissimo delivery is offered for orders over €70. This is 4.95€ if the minimum order is not reached, except for promotional codes or commercial operations.
The HIPLI solution : The Hipli solution is an option left to the customer, who can accept it or not. The HIPLI package is responsible and helps to limit e-commerce waste. It can be reused up to 100 times and is simple and intuitive to use. To be effective, the customer must return it via a mailbox to the HIPLI company in Le Havre (the HIPLI parcel is pre-stamped). The BPM Store has chosen not to charge extra if you choose the Hipli option. The shipping costs are then the same as a standard colissimo (4,95€).

Returns and exchanges

Free returns and exchanges in France (under conditions)

From the moment you receive your package, you have 30 days to return the items. Please refer to ARTICLE 8 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS of the T&Cs for the procedure to follow. A return request must be made on the "Contact Us" page.

Formulate a return request by selecting "Web Customer Service" and specifying the number, the order date and the product(s) you wish to return. Specify in the "message" box the reason for the return.

You will then receive a return number and a return label by email to affix to the package. The label allows you to avoid paying any return costs.
Remember to enclose the Delivery Note in your parcel, highlighting the product(s) concerned by your return.

If the 30-day period is exceeded, returns will be refused.
The products must be returned in new, reconditioned condition.
